Very large balcony with a pretty view. About 5 to 10 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Princesa and only 150 pesos to the airport for a tricycle (or 300 pesos for a car ride). It is very close to the Princesa Garden Resort so we actually took a tricycle for 100 pesos and had dinner at the resort. The location is quiet which we preferred to the city centre. I would recommend to stay here if you want to be close to town but in peace and quiet. We will definitely choose to stay here again. More

The place is very clean and the room that we stayed in for a week was well furnished and very spacious. Stayed on this place with my husband and two teenage children, the boy particularly is very hard to pleased but all I heard from him was praises to this place. According to them this place is underrated, they haven’t been to any place with such friendly staff. The breakfast is simple but my boy said it was insanely good. And to top it up, the owner was very accommodating and advised us where’s the best places to buy pasalubong.
If we plan to go back to Palawan, we would definitely choose to stay in Paboreal again. More

At first encounter, Paboreal is a mess. There is no sign of it being a boutique and I thought it could be anything but Excellent. When I simmered down and looked around, I realized it does merit the title. It also made me realize that there are things worth commending than shiny floors, and beautiful front desk girls, or a stately concierge. Paboreal has none of those. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and resorts in my life - big and small, high end and low end, but they never made me feel sad upon leaving.
Paboreal Boutique Hotel has a certain aura that cannot be found in others. And this makes up for all the little "eyesores," that I saw when I checked in.
I checked in with a heavy heart, I checked out sad that I am leaving. More
